The first day of our hunt was uneventful with rain and fog turning to snow. The second morning was clear and cold with the bulls bugling. It took us 2 hours to get ahead of the elk as they worked their way up a ridge but once in close a few cow calls had this 6x6 in our lap. I finally had a broadside shot at 20 yards and my Bear Bow took care of the rest!
