EVANSVILLE, IN — The Truth® is revealed. The bowyers at Bear® Archery and entire hunting staff at Team Primos® are betting that once you shoot this innovative compound and shop its competition, the truth will be quite obvious:

This is the one bow you simply can't afford not to own in 2007.

Carried this season by the entire Primos Team, The Truth, at just $549 (manufacturer suggested retail price), is the performance value leader in a very impressive Bear compound bow lineup. Inspired by decades of Bear experience and fine-tuned by the sport's most respected cast of serious video hunters at Team Primos®, The Truth performs well above its price point.

"I am truly thrilled with Bear's The Truth bow," said Will Primos, president and founder of Primos® Hunting Calls. "It is a smooth drawing and shooting bow. The draw curve feels natural as the arrow slides back across the rest, and the single cam has a solid wall that transfers the energy down range. The bow is really quiet and vibration-free. It gives you the balance between speed and forgiveness. All the things we, as hunters, look for are built into The Truth."

True to Will's description and attested by the entire Team Primos staff, smooth and quiet are the heart of The Truth — resulting mainly from "beyond-parallel" limbs. The first sensation is a steady, gliding draw that lets off 80 percent to the Rock Stop position. During release, the shooter will feel very little, and hear a pin drop — even though the bow's speeds will deliver a highly precise 314 fps IBO. A new, elliptical, perimeter-weighted single cam is the source of The Truth's increased speed and efficiency. Any shock that is created during release is further reduced by eight, factoryinstalled vibration dampeners from Sims® Vibration Laboratories.

Bear patented, compression-molding technology is utilized to build the most energy-packed and reliable limbs in the business. Continuous, uncut fibers help store energy in these limbs, transferring more energy through the arrow during release. By concentrating pressure points the fibers also allow for an unsurpassed limb lifetime.
